The owner of 2 pit bulls was issued a criminal citation for her dogs running at large and attacking a dog that was being walked by its owner.

The annual Waterfront Festival returns this Saturday and Sunday with a boat building contest, a marine swap meet, and even a funeral march, complete with music.
