This week’s Police Blotter includes reports of a woman repeatedly ramming a business garage door with her car, a vehicle with a blanket over its license plate, and a found dog happily returned to its owner.

Traffic will be impacted around the 12th St. and Commercial Ave. intersection as the city starts street re-construction between 11th and 13th Streets today. The completed Commercial-11th intersection may look like this.
