Details are still sketchy, but APD says, in a news release, that it is assisting Washington State Patrol with an investigation of a fatality semi-truck versus pedestrian collision that occurred at approximately 3:20AM Wednesday at the intersection of Commercial Avenue and 12th Street.
It isn't clear whether the pedestrian was in a crosswalk at the time of the collision.
The female pedestrian has not been identified.
