Anacortes Police have arrested two teenagers in connection with the early morning burglaries of two businesses here.

Early Friday morning three subjects gained entry into two separate Anacortes businesses, in opposite ends of town, by throwing rocks through the front windows. One of the businesses was The Store, at the south end of Commercial Ave.

Several items of value were taken in both burglaries, including several hundred dollars worth of cigarettes, lighters and food items.

An 18 year-old Anacortes man and a 15 year-old girl were taken into custody and transported to the Skagit County Jail and Juvenile Detention respectively on Burglary charges. A third suspect is still at large.

Anacortes Police have not provided other details.
