I am a member of the Skagit County Coalition Against Trafficking. The group seeks to put an end to human trafficking in our community. As part of our research on human trafficking in our community, the newly formed Skagit County Coalition Against Trafficking (SKCAT) is surveying different populations regarding their awareness level of the issue and/or any training they may have had to identify potential victims.
The results of our surveys will guide the strategies we develop to make our community safe from human trafficking.
