Wesen & Turner to face off

Leo Jacobs has only 12.5 percent of the vote in that race.

This the first Washington state primary where the top two vote-getters will face off in the general election in November.

In other races, incumbent Rick Larsen will face off with Rick Bart for Congresssional District 2. Doug Schaffer and Glen Johnson have less than 5% of the votes cast each.

Too close to call for State Senatorial District 40, which includes Anacortes. Early returns show Steve Van Luven, the only Republican in this race, with 44% and Kevin Ranker with 19%, but Ken Henderson has 17%.

In State Senate District 10, it's clear that incumbent Mary Margaret haugen will face Linda Haddon in the general.
