10:00 am: Town Photo and Patriotic Program - Commercial and 5th Avenue
11:00 am: Parade! The parade begins at Third St. and Commercial Ave., then turns south on Commercial to Tenth St., where it will turn west, then turns right at N Ave.
5:00 pm: Rock the Dock at Seafarers Park
Dusk: Fireworks over Fidalgo Bay

A reminder to those IN the parade: Do not throw candy from moving vehicles. We recommend people walk alongside moving vehicles and hand candy to the kids. Parents, please do not let your children run into the street to retrieve candy.
