Place your unflocked tree, free of ornaments, lights and tinsel at the curb by 8:30am Saturday morning, Jan. 4. This service is a fundraiser for the Anacortes Key Club, which plans to use the funds raised to support the Thirst Project and the Anacortes Food Bank.

In past years they have collected canned food and cash donations with the trees. Due to the vulnerability of leaving monies unattended, and the difficulties handling canned food donations, they request this year that you mail or drop off your donation to the Kiwanis Shop at 420 O Ave, Anacortes, WA 98221.

Thank you so much for supporting these worthy causes.

If your tree has not been picked up by 2pm on Saturday call the Kiwanis Thrift Store at 293-2921. After Sunday, call 293-1918 for pick up. In case of severe weather on the 4th, the trees will be picked up on Saturday, January 11, 2020.
