Winds Knock out Lights Around the Island

As of 11 pm, nearly 800 customers near 30th St and R Ave were without lights. PSE reported that another 77 customers around 10th St and N Ave. were still without lights as of 11 pm Saturday night. And, another 200-plus customers were without lights around Gibraltar Road on south Fidalgo Island.
