Crews are scheduled to start repaving part of 34th Street on Monday.

As part of the City's pavement management program, the City of Anacortes has contracted with Lakeside Industries to make road repairs and install a new asphalt overlay on 34th Street from "R" to "V" Avenue.

Construction will begin on Monday, October 13, and is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete.

Construction will typically be from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, although construction may be allowed during weekends if necessary. Detours around this project may be in place at times, and there may be flagging, lane closures, and slower than normal traffic during construction.

Thank you in advance for your patience during construction.
