PSE says that in order to safely perform this work, the power will need to be turned off for a few hours Tuesday morning.
PSE officials will have a booth open from 8 a.m. until about noon Tuesday at the Guemes Island ferry dock with information about the outage and other projects that PSE and subcontractor Potelco have planned in the area.
