Steven Lange said, in his note, "Keeping in tune with the weather channel, it appears that we have great weather the remainder of the week. We are working diligently to complete this project and get it open to the public, but to also beat the anticipated snow that is forecast. Just another motivator."
He said the asphalt paving would continue Wednesday. He said the schedule has sod being installed and the site cleaned up on Thursday, with lane striping on Friday.
