In an email to Chamber members, the Chamber's Event & Communication Director, Cecile Miller says they have been on the hunt for a tree "with relative no luck." Her email says, Pioneer Tree Services will cut down your unwanted tree for free, however you will be responsible for the removal of the stump if you want it gone.
Miller says, "We are looking for a 25-foot plus variety of fir or other full-branched tree suitable for our community tree, please contact the chamber office as soon as possible if you have a tree to donate and we will come and check it out!"
