To get the streaming version, mouse over the "TV 10" tab on the front page of the City's external website, then mouse over "Streaming Videos" and there is now an option for "Mayor's Forum." This takes you to a separate page with the WMV and MOV versions of the video. Here's a link to the online streaming broadcast.
