These tanks and the barge they're on are headed for Alaska's North Slope and Exxon-Mobil's natural gas development there. They will become part of the company's diesel storage facility. They've been built by Haskell Corporation of Bellingham.
They will be towed out of Fidalgo Bay sometime later this month.
