The interim ordinance, okayed in November, includes zoning, setbacks, definitions, license fees, as well as operating and managing licenses. Adult concessions include adult bookstores, which would be allowed on Commercial Ave., south of 17th St. Adult entertainment, including strip clubs, would be allowed in the city's industrial zone.
A public hearing preceded Council action extending the interim ordinance, but no one testified. There was little discussion by the Council.
