Farmers Market opens Saturday

We have many wonderful new vendors in this weekend including our favorite tamale makers, The  Valenzuela's.  Jim and Mary Alice make tamales the old fashioned way. If you haven't tried them already, be sure to stop by for a tamale or two.

Get your seeds and plant starts for your garden. For those eating out of your own yard, several farmers will have excellent seeds and plant starts to help  you create the garden of your dreams!

Also at the market this week, Fiamma di Mamma, wood fired pizza. The famous Wood and Chris Weiss will be tossing up the dough at the market each week. You can check out their website to see the delicious specialty pizzas available at the market each week.

Find all of your favorite farmers and more at the market. Remember that we now honor EBT, Debit and Credit Cards at the Manager Booth.  We look forward to being back in business each Saturday, from 9am-2pm, at the Depot Arts Center (7th St & R Ave).  See you there!

What's Fresh

Each week, be sure to check out what's fresh to help you design your weekly dinner menu.  This Saturday, find plenty of greens and a variety of fresh cheeses including chevre, gouda, feta and cheddar.  From the fishermen this week, halibut and prawns.
