It was a brisk, windy morning when the parade kicked off at Fourth and Commercial Ave. Saturday morning, led by a color guard and and 3, count 'me, 3 bands including the AHS Seahawks band, the Anacortes Middle School Band and the Anacortes Beginning Band.
