T. Bailey, Inc. manufactured the pilings out at their March Point facility from steel plate. Each piling was welded up from many short lengths of pipe cold rolled to shape at the T. Bailey factory. Lengths of 120 feet were trucked to the Port dock, then welded together to make up the 240 footers.
