Housing units destined for a small Alaskan village leave Fidalgo Bay on a barge pulled by a tug. Once on dry land, these housing units will be connected to make 19 living spaces and a garage/shop in Hooper Bay, Alaska, a little village of about a thousand souls located 525 miles west of Anchorage.
