Many residents have long thought the building was an eyesore and the city administration has been working with the owners, Commercial & Tenth, LLP, to "clean up" their property.
The demolition work is being done by J. T. Muenscher of Everson, Wash.
Don Measamer, the interim director of Planning, Community & Economic Development said he's not aware of any plans for the property.
