Swinomish Casino & Lodge will host three outdoor movie events this summer at their Waterfront Park, complete with food vendors, a beer and wine garden, giveaways throughout the night, and fun for the entire family.  Swinomish Movies kicks off the summer series with Star Wars: The Force Awakens on June 16.

Additional movies include Princess Bride on July 14 and Jurassic World on Aug. 11. The events begin at 7 p.m., with the show times starting at sundown. The event will offer concessions, including kettle corn, and will be on full display overlooking Padilla Bay with views of Mount Baker in the distance. Epic Events from Bellingham, Washington is setting the stage with a 40-foot screen visible from bay view lodge rooms and 13moons Restaurant. Guests of the lodge, local visitors, friends and family are invited to attend this all-ages event free of charge. Seating is open, so bring a lawn chair, blanket, recliner, rocking chair, or bean bag and claim your seat early. All members of the Swinomish Casino & Lodge Player’s Club will be offered a free popcorn and soda by showing their Player’s Club card at the vendor booth.

Swinomish Movies are free to attend and open to the public with refreshments provided from on-site restaurants and local community partners. On show nights, guests are encouraged to show up several hours early to enjoy pre-show activities and games with the chance to win fabulous prizes. Guests will also have the opportunity to take advantage of exclusive gaming offers on the casino floor.
