Halloween isn't just for kids, as these adults sitting in front of Johnny Picaso's demonstrated. But, there were plenty of children out trick-or-treating in downtown Anacortes Friday afternoon.
Downtown businesses opened their doors for much of the afternoon to allow children a great chance to go door-to-door in search of the very best candy. There were traffic control people at the downtown intersections to help ensure safety.
