The Majestic Inn is presenting work by Lois Judd. Judd paints people, landscapes, and abstract variations of the still life. She develops the sensation of a chosen image: movement, stillness, pattern, joy, melancholy, or reflection. She works primarily in acrylics and sometimes includes mixed media. Her drawings are painterly using layered pigments, ink, and washes in their development. Her work is recognized by rich layering of color, descriptive brushwork or line, and an unmistakable sense of beauty.

The spa has teamed up with the Depot's May show “Dazed or Confused”. We will have a gallery of mixed media and acrylic paintings and photography from several different artists all paying tribute to the 60's and 70's.

The “Dazed and Confused” art show will take a look back at the 60’s and 70’s. “Dazed” on Friday night, May 3, from 6-9pm, join local artists, Sassy Frass Co., The Business. Then on Saturday, May 4 “Confused”, will add the North Cascades Corvair Club to the event list. For the remainder of the month you can view “Dazed and Confused” work at the Starbucks on 18th and Commercial or at the Apothecary Spa.
