Seeing how much their wives enjoyed a girls night out at a strip club, a group of unemployed and desperate steelworkers decide to form a group to make some quick cash. A touching story about the fear of losing jobs and identity, the friends find they are stronger as a group and can face almost anything...or can they?
The real question is whether the cast will show it all, the full monty as the British say, or not. Guess you'll have to go to find out. Oh, and be prepared to see it all (or not).
Pushing through fears, building self-esteem, and rediscovering the importance of friendship and family, The Full Monty has great heart. The Broadway production was nominated for 9 Tony Awards including best original score/ This is a feel-good musical with an edgy, yet delightfully wicked sensibility.
