The body of Anacortes resident Dallas Kloke has been recovered at the 6,600 foot level of Pleiades Peaks area, where he fell while climbing a week ago. The 71-year-old Kloke was an experienced climber and well-known in the sport.

Tesoro will begin to startup their March Point refinery on Monday, according to a report from Bloomberg News. The entire refinery is expected to be fully operational by Oct. 15 as “that fits with our mid-October plan for a restart,” Bloomberg quotes Lynn Westfall, a company spokesman.
