The race between Karl Yost and Bob Hyde for a School Board seat continues to be tight. With the latest vote count released Thursday evening, Yost leads Hyde by just 122 votes out of 5,124 votes counted.

Mayor Dean Maxwell solidified his victory over challenger Steve Sonnenberg as new Anacortes election results were released Wednesday evening. Karl Yost continues to hold a narrow lead over Bob Hyde in the lone contested School Board race.
