“What did they just do?” was a question from an audience member after the City Council Monday night okayed changes to the city’s Comprehensive Plan and Development Regs. 

Jewelry worth $15,000 was reported stolen from an Anacortes home and a fire hydrant was vandalized, causing a geyser on N Ave. Those are just two of the cases the Anacortes Police Department worked on this week.
