Crews are working on rebuilding and expanding the width of P-Q dock, at the north end of Cap Sante Marina on Wednesday. The work is part of renovations by the Port of Anacortes. The tent visible near the end of the dock covers boats owned by OARS, the Old Anacortes Rowing & Sailing Society.
