A small group of protestors, numbering fewer than 2-dozen shortly after noon, showed up at 12th & Commercial Thursday to protest taxes on this April 15 when federal income tax returns are due. 

The city Planning Commission has given its blessing to MJB’s proposal to build a commercial boat launch ramp and a 350-foot floating dock just south of Anacortes Marina.
