The Quick & Dirty waterfront race drew a crowd Saturday afternoon at the Waterfront Festival as three crew from Nordic Tug stay ahead of the pack and win the race, which sponsors Anacortes Small Boat Center called a 'demonstration.' The team had named their boat 'Pat B' after the race chairman, Pat Barrett, in an effort to gain a few extra points in the overall competition.
