Tesoro refinery to begin restart next Monday

Tesoro will begin to startup their March Point refinery on Monday, according to a report from Bloomberg News. The entire refinery is expected to be fully operational by Oct. 15 as “that fits with our mid-October plan for a restart,” Bloomberg quotes Lynn Westfall, a company spokesman.

Members of a volunteer mountain rescue team from Bellingham believe they have located the body of 71-year-old Anacortes climber Dallas Kloke, who fell during a climb near Mt. Larrabee.
