The city Planning Commission is recommending the City Council approve a set of permits to allow a replacement and modernization of the high school to move ahead.

Congestion and collisions are a common occurrence on State Route 20 at Sharpes Corner. The Washington State Department of Transportation is looking for input on a number of solutions to improve safety and traffic flow at an upcoming open house.
