A handcuffed arrestee led police on a brief foot chase which prompted police to hobble his legs to prevent another chase.

One family living on 29^th Street reported on Tuesday, Dec. 13, that Christmas presents worth $100 had been stolen from the front porch of their home sometime between December 9th and 11th. There are no suspects.

Anacortes Police arrested a Snohomish woman who was trying to use fake $100 bills. Two other women were arrested and booked into jail on drug charges.
