One driver on highway 20 clipped another driver while passing causing one vehicle to spin, roll over once, and land on all four wheels.

An officer investigating an expired vehicle license plate warned the owner not to drive it until he got new plates, but he also ended up booking the owner’s son and the son’s girlfriend on arrest warrants.
