Four northwest authors are on this week's Northwest Bestsellers list. J.A. Jance's Justice Denied is on the list as a mass market paperback. Also, back this week are: The Art of Racing in the Rain, by Garth Stein, at number 1; The Other by David Guterson; and, Snuff, by Chuck Palahniuk.

Ian Munce, a familiar face at City Hall for 27 years, has resigned as City Planning Director and City Attorney, effective at the end of July. Munce says he will take a job with the City of Tacoma.
