City Budget Open House

The City of Anacortes invites the community to participate in a budget open house on Wednesday, September 30, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. in the City Council chambers. The City is projecting a $2.4 million budget gap in 2027 and will have to make hard choices to balance next year's budget. The open house will begin with a brief presentation, followed by activities designed to gather community input and ideas. Those that are not able to attend the open house can still contribute to the conversation by completing the feedback form available at anacorteswa.gov/budget.
