Commissioners of the Port of Anacortes got a tour of the new facilities at Cap Sante Marina on Thursday, including the new waterfront promenade.
Other improvements include new concrete piers to replace the 50 year old wooden ones and a new fuel dock. The improvements, which are nearly complete, cost about $1,000,000, with much of the funding coming from sources other than the Port District.
