 August 06, 2010 One of the winners at the Anacortes Arts Festival, Jeffery Zigulis of Camano Island, shows off his "Dream Masks" Friday afternoon. He picked up 2 awards: Cornelia's Garden Creativity Award, worth $1,000, and the Chamber of Commerce Block Award, worth $100. |
